Rules and rates

  • All songs recorded is $20.00 song (regardless of length)
  • Artist must show up AT the time specified by me or Mrs. Phillips
  • All funds MUST BE PAID IN FULL, UPFRONT, NO EXCEPTIONS
  • No more than three people in the studio, NO EXCEPTIONS (EXTRAS WILL HAVE TO PAY $10.00 FOR SITTING UP IN HERE OR WILL JUST HAVE TO LEAVE, NO QUESTIONS ASKED) No spectators, every in the studio must participate in project or help pay for it.
  • Please have all of your stuff to together. I don't have all day and night to play around
  • EACH SESSION COMES WITH A SINGLE (1) FINISHED CD OF SONGS UNLESS CDS ARE NOT IN STOCK. ANY EXTRA CDS THAT ARE BURNED WILL COST $5.00 EACH, NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Failure to show up on time or "no call, no show" will result in DISCONTINUATION of studio services in the future. We do not have all day or night to wait for someone who is not showing up. Please call in at least one hour before your scheduled session time in something comes up.

Note:  There is a dress code enforced here.  MUST HAVE ON A SHIRT AND NO SAGGING.  Show some respect for our home.  There will be No Smoking in the Studio.  NO DRUGS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
